What payment methods are available?

- - for orders with standard delivery, payment will be made in cash or by card upon receipt of the parcel. Payment must be made to the representative of the courier service.
- - for pick-up orders from EasyBox, payment can only be made with the card or from the Sameday application when picking up the package.
- - for orders with store pickup, payment will be made in the store with cash or card when picking up the order.
card payment - you will pay by card directly on the website in the "Payment method" section. The following card types are accepted: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express .
fast payment - you can opt for fast order processing with payment via Apple Pay and Google Pay
Is paying by card safe?
Yes, paying by card is 100% secure. We use a certified payment processor that ensures data protection through encryption and advanced security measures. Your bank details are not stored by us and will not be passed on to third parties.
Can I pay in installments?
We currently do not offer the option to pay in installments. However, we are working on introducing this facility and will announce on the site when it is available.
Are there additional fees for certain payment methods?
No, there are no additional fees for using a specific payment method. The price you see at checkout is the final amount you'll pay.
What should I do if my payment failed?
If your payment has failed, please check that you have entered your card details correctly or that you have sufficient funds available. Can I change the payment method after placing the order?
Once the order has been placed, the payment method cannot be changed. However, if you encounter difficulties, you can contact us using one of the contact methods in the "Contact" section at the bottom of the page, to find an alternative solution.
How can I receive the invoice for my order?
The invoice for your order will be sent automatically by email after the delivery is confirmed. If you haven't received it, check your spam folder, and if you still can't find it, contact us and we'll resend the document to you.
