Delivery
The products are delivered in 1-5 working days from the confirmation of the order.
Delivery cost:
- 15 lei - Sameday Standard Delivery to any address in Romania without additional Km.
- 10 lei - EasyBox delivery via Sameday.
- Free - For orders with a minimum value of 500 lei and for orders with personal pickup from the physical store.

Methods of payment
payment "Refund - payment on delivery"
- for orders with standard delivery, payment will be made in cash or by card upon receipt of the parcel. Payment must be made to the courier service representative.
- for pick-up orders from EasyBox, payment can only be made with the card or from the Sameday application when picking up the parcel.
- for orders with store pickup, payment will be made in the store with cash or card when picking up the order.
card payment - you will pay by card directly on the website in the "Payment method" section. The following card types are accepted: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express .
fast payment - you can opt for fast order processing with payment via Apple Pay and Google Pay
Return & Exchange
You always have 14 days to make a return or exchange from the date you received the ordered items. This term may increase under certain special conditions.
